Who we are

Emerald Coaching was founded by May Goulding, an Ireland U20s and U18s international as well as playing for Saracens, Championship winning Old Albanian Saints and Connacht. She is a Level 3 Personal Trainer whose mission it is to help players become better athletes and achieve their full potential. She achieved a distinction in her Personal Training apprenticeship whilst playing for for club and country, so has real world understanding of both rugby and fitness.
